I know Valentine’s day is coming up very soon! Do you celebrate all that YOU are?! Here is an easy start if you have a hard time slowing down for self care, or feel bummed if you don’t have a Valentine. Just a few ways you can find and celebrate the love and beauty that is within you.
Rose Quartz– Rose Quartz is good for your heart chakra. It fills your heart space with love and removes negativity. This is an unconditional love stone with so wonderful healing properties. This is quite the universal stone that is just as beautiful on the outside, as well as what is hidden within the stone. Everyone could use more love!
Rosewater– You know I love this! Just spraying this makes my skin feel so much love and it feels so hydrating and so lovely! What I like to do is transfer this in small spray bottle and carry it around and spray through-out the day as I need it. This time of year it feels like it adds an extra layer with these cold, dry conditions and brightens my day!
Geranium oil (Pelargonium graveolens) is another favorite way I like to connect with my heart and be in touch with my divine beauty. I love mixing this with Patchouli as it’s grounding, but also adds a light flower scent to the heaviness of Patchouli. Geranium essential oil has a feminine scent…it can also be sensitive on your skin, so be careful and dilute this with a bit with a carrier oil. I love to use a drop on my chest .This oil can fight against depression and help us as women, feel balanced. We have so many demands of our time and energy and being in 20 places at once! This oil is good to help you feel connected to your own inner emotions and to feel in harmony. This oil is also good to help with circulation…maybe rub some on your feet with some almond oil or even sesame oil in the winter.
And lastly, here are a few gorgeous lips that you can put on to feel your most beautiful. Love these: Ilia Lipstick Crayons: Mauve color: Dress you Up and Brick Red- 99 Balloons are my picks for Love day!
I hope you get to enjoy at least one of these on Valentine’s Day! Happy Valentine’s Day!
